By shopping with us, you are deemed to have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to the terms as stated below. In the event of any dispute, DLUSH reserves the right of final decision.
PURCHASE AND DELIVERY
- Please ensure that the correct item in the correct colours/sizes has been selected before proceeding to check out. DLUSH will not be able to amend your orders once they have been confirmed.
- Kindly ensure the full and correct address is stated. Orders with incomplete/incorrect address may result in lost or delayed mailed.
- If you have a discount code, please ensure to input the code before checking out for discount to be valid. No refunds will be made for orders where discount codes are not entered at point of purchase.
- Orders will be shipped out within 1-3 business days upon payment verification. Delivery is carried out during working hours, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays.
- Backorders are opened for sold out items until slots are being filled up.
- Arrival time for different items differ and are stated under the individual product pages or under By Popular Demand category. No emails will be sent for such updates unless otherwise stated.
- We apologize that there may be delayed or cancelled backorders due to unforeseen circumstances. For delayed backorders, cancellations of orders are not applicable. For delayed/ cancelled backorders, a store credit will be issued accordingly. There will strictly not be any cash refunds. Do join backorders only if you are alright with this.
- Orders are shipped out according by order numbers, no combination of orders are allowed.
- Instock items will be kept aside and shipped together when the backorder item has arrived if “ship backorder separately” option is not selected.
- We offer complimentary Standard Courier Delivery for single order above S$80. If your order consists of instocks and backorders, do cart them out in 2 separate orders. All International Delivery are handled by Singpost. Once your order has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service. If you are not in when your package arrives, the courier man will leave a card containing details on where or how to pick up your order / rearrange delivery.
- International orders with mix orders (instock + backorder items) will be shipped out together when all items have arrived in our store.
- We accept Debit/Credit Card payments via PayPal.
- All cancelled orders cannot be reversed and no cash refund is offered. We only offer refund in terms of credit voucher.
- All orders will be automatically cancelled after 30 minutes of non-payment.
- Prices and shipping rates are subject to change without notice but changes will not affect orders that already been accepted
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
- For all exchange & return cases, please email to email@example.com with your order number, return item and reason for the return to check if your item is valid for return.
- You are required to seek for our confirmation prior to returning your order.
- Orders made during promotional period or with promotional codes, store credits, sale items, accessories are not allowed for returns.
- All returns must be mailed back via traceable mode of posting (Registered Post/ Smart Pac / Courier) and must reach us within 7 days for local orders or 14 days for international orders, from the date of receipt of your item. We are not liable for the lost returns that are not mailed back via a trackable source. The return will not be valid if we do not receive your parcel.
- All returns must be sent back with the filled Return Form printout.
- We reserve the rights to reject any returns with no Return Form enclosed, no confirmation of returns or does not meet the returns requirement.
- In case of item defects, kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 working days of receiving the item(s). Email must include order no and snapshots of the area of defect clearly.
- If the defected item is still in stock, a replacement piece will be sent out. Customers will be required to mail the defected piece out to us within 7 working days. In the event whereby the defected item is out of stock, store credits will be issued. The refund will only be done if the item is being returned back to us.
- All return items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn with the tag intact should it come with it. Items which do not fulfil these criteria will be rejected duly.
- Colors shown may vary slightly on different screens as different tech devices have different colour resolutions. As such, colors may be portrayed with slight differences to the human eye (and under different lighting). In the cases above, no refunds/exchanges will be made.
- For printed items, the prints may vary in terms of symmetry/alignment/slight color patches for each piece and return due to this reason is not considered a defect.
- You are advised to hand wash or gentle machine wash all DLUSH garments (individually) without soaking for the first few washes as colour transfer may occur.
- Please iron on reverse side of the apparel. Low to Medium heat ironing is encouraged for all products. We would encourage steaming or ironing them using indirect heat (by placing a fabric/cloth between the item and iron).
- All store credits issued are valid for 1 month only from the day of issue.
- Store credits are strictly non-refundable.
- Store credits are to be redeemed in a single online transaction and cannot be utilised on purchases at our retail outlets. Any balance credit amount that is not utilised will not be refunded back to you in cash or credits.
- Store credits can be used to offset online purchase of products onlyand are not applicable on postage/courier fees.
- Orders purchased with store credits are not valid for returns/exchanges.
